SHARP Whittier Students and Shorehaven Seniors Together Work on Mural Project

As part of SHARP’s Intergenerational Program at Shorehaven assisted living facility in Oconomowoc, fifth grade students from Whittier Elementary in Waukesha children and seniors together are crafting a special project. Last Wednesday they worked on a Lake Country-themed mural. These visits from Whittier’s students occur twice a month. WISN-12’s Joyce Garbaciak recently reported on this unique partnership.
