This book tells the story of two friends and their classmates who are given a school assignment after a field trip to the art museum. Written by Kenneth Cole, Psy.D., a child psychologist and children’s book author, it is based on the contributions of third grade students who offered their written ideas about good news in their community. As part of the year-long project, hundreds of 3rd Grade students produced both a mosaic and tapestry illustrating what they learned.
