SHARP President and CEO Lynda Kohler recently assisted students from Messmer and residents of Ovation Sarah Chudnow Community to create a mural. Artist Sally Duback works collaboratively with 5th graders from Messmer St. Rose and residents at Ovation Sarah Chudnow to create mosaic mural about community. They assembled the mural using handmade clay tiles, costume jewelry, beads and decorative paper.This intergenerational program between SHARP students and seniors provides valuable learning experiences for both generations, besides being lots of fun (check those smiles)! All look forward to the completed project.  It is exciting seeing the mural come to life!
